How the Booking Process Works
We've streamlined the process to make requesting coverage as simple as possible. After submitting a coverage request, expect a response within 24 hours or less.

Submit a coverage request using the form below to express the dates and times you need coverage for.
After we review and approve coverage, we'll send you the service contract and invoice for a required non-refundable $200 deposit which will be deducted from the shifts total. If you are a returning customer, the $200 deposit will be waived.
Once signed and paid, you'll receive confirmation of coverage and we'll plan to be there on the start date and time of service.
After the last date of coverage, you'll receive the final invoice, accounting for all hours worked and applicable travel fees if required, with the non-refundable $200 deposit deducted from your total. If you have any questions before submitting your request, please contact us.

Pricing and Booking Information
Coverage rates vary based on shift length, travel requirements, location, and scheduling needs. Final pricing is provided during the approval process so every practice receives an accurate quote based on their specific coverage request.
Coverage & Travel Fees
Coverage is billed at $70/hour. Travel is billed at 76¢ per mile for mileage exceeding 50 miles each way from Delanco, NJ.
Booking Fee
A $200 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve approved coverage dates. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled coverage.
