Cancellation Policy
Coverage Cancellation Policy
At Dental HyGenerosity, reserving coverage means setting aside dedicated time to support your practice. Because coverage opportunities are limited, the following cancellation policy helps ensure fairness for both your office and our business.
Booking Fee
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, a non-refundable $200 booking fee is required to reserve your requested coverage dates. This booking fee is credited toward your final invoice for completed services.
If your agreement specifically states that the booking fee has been waived, the remaining terms of this Cancellation Policy still apply.
Client Cancellations
Cancellation fees are based on the total scheduled shift amount and the amount of notice provided before the scheduled coverage date.

6–7 days before the scheduled shift: No additional cancellation charge.

4 days before the scheduled shift: 50% of the scheduled shift total.

2 days before the scheduled shift: 80% of the scheduled shift total.

0–1 day before the scheduled shift: 100% of the scheduled shift total.
If a booking fee was paid, it is non-refundable and will not be applied toward cancellation charges.
Any remaining cancellation balance will be invoiced and is due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Provider Cancellation
If Dental HyGenerosity must cancel confirmed coverage, the following will apply:

Any booking fee paid will be refunded in full.

Client will not be responsible for any charges related to the cancelled coverage.
Rescheduling Requests
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Approval of a rescheduled assignment is at the sole discretion of Dental HyGenerosity.
If a requested reschedule cannot be accommodated and the original coverage is cancelled, the cancellation terms outlined above will apply.
