Contractor Shift Cancellation Policy

There is  $50.00 Non-Refundable Booking Fee

In addition: 

If you cancel a shift 6-7 days before the shift, you will not be charged for the scheduled shift. 
If you cancel a shift 4 days before the shift, you will be charged 50 % of the scheduled shift.
If you cancel a shift 2 days before the shift, you will be charge 80% of the scheduled shift.
If you cancel a shift 1-0 days before the shift, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled shift

Exceptions:

If the dental hygienist cancels the shift for any reason, the $50.00 booking fee will be refunded in full.
